Pricing & availability

All prices include GST and are in Australian Dollars. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel affected orders with a full refund.

Order acceptance

An order is accepted only once payment has been received and we've sent an order confirmation.

Warranty and consumer guarantees

Some products may include a manufacturer’s warranty. Manufacturer warranties are in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product fails to meet a consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund or other remedy. Please contact us if you need help with a warranty or consumer guarantee claim.

Gift cards & promotions

Gift cards are non-refundable and expire 3 years from purchase. Promo codes apply to eligible items and cannot be combined unless stated.
