Change of mind
You can return most unused items in original condition within 30 days for a refund or exchange. Return shipping is at the customer's cost for change-of-mind returns.
Faulty or incorrect items
If your item arrives faulty or we shipped the wrong product, we'll cover return shipping and send a replacement or full refund.
How to return
- Email hello@lakescaddyshack.com.au with your order number.
- We'll reply with return instructions within 1 business day.
- Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving the return.
Exclusions
Gift cards and custom-fitted clubs are non-refundable unless faulty.
